Uncomfortable with the campaigners’ definitions of pornography and their desire to deal with exploitative images of women simply with censorship. “Feminists Against Censorship” have emerged to try and present a coherent feminist response to the issues raised by pornography. This book is their first contribution to that hotly contested debate and concludes with a daring and controversial call for the development of a “feminist erotic imagination” to promote sexual expression for women in an open and honest fashion.
